About Us

Matney Electrical Contracting has been serving Burlington, Mercer and Camden counties for over 30 years. The Business is owned and operated by licensed electrician, Donald Matney. Don took over the electrical business in 2023.

Don joined Rene Gadoury’s Business in 2004 as an apprentice. I learned the electrical trade under Rene and after completing the five year apprenticeship program I obtained my electrical license in 2010. With both of us on board the company name changed to Rene Gadoury Electrical Contracting LLC and we have been operating under it since. Rene and I love this ever-changing trade and love continuing to learn and keep up with the latest in all the electrical technologies.

We operate the business as family business and stand behind all our work, holding ourselves and our employees to the highest standards. You can rest assured that with two licensed electricians overseeing and maintaining the business that the job is done right and professionally. Our goal is to make sure you, the customer, are happy with the work we were contracted to perform and in the way it was performed. Consider us for your next electrical project, whatever it is.
